At Mermade Hair, we want you to love your styling tools and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, tools that have been used or hair products with broken seals cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened Mermade Hair packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
